Jennifer Mandelbaum

Jennifer Mandelbaum received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism from the University of Florida in 1995. Thereafter, Jennifer attended law school at Stetson University College of Law and received her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, in 1999. While attending law school Jennifer excelled as a member of the Moot Court Board participating in several national competitions.After Graduating from law school Jennifer served as an Assistant Attorney General Tampa Bureau where she litigated cases involving abused, neglected and abandoned children. Jennifer jointed the law firm of Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. as an associate attorney in 2001 where she practiced in the area of nursing home abuse. In 2002, Jennifer joined the firm of Ramey & Kampf, P.A. where she served as a senior associate attorney defending insurance companies and their insured's when they were sued by people who were injured in motor vehicle accidents. Jennifer tried several cases to verdict with favorable results for her clients. After almost a decade of defending insurance companies, Jennifer broke ties with the insurance defense industry and committed herself to fighting for the rights of the injured. To accomplish her goal, Jennifer became one of the founding partners of Mandelbaum Trichler Law Center, a law firm dedicated to representing the victims of negligence.Jennifer is a member of the Florida Bar and the Trial Lawyers Section of the Florida Bar.
