I am the founder and managing attorney of the Law Office of Jennifer P. Maas, PLLC, a law firm representing parties engaged in family formation in New York through surrogacy, egg, sperm or embryo donation and second parent/step parent adoption. We proudly represent all parents or intended parents in their family formation quest, and provide legal representation to LGBTQ parents seeking to establish legal parentage in courts throughout NYC and Long Island, to secure parental rights beyond just a birth certificate.
