As Vice Managing Partner of our New Jersey Workers' Compensation Department, I specialize in defending insurance companies, self-insured employers, and third-party administrators across all facets of the New Jersey Workers' Compensation Act. My role involves not only safeguarding clients against claims but also collaborating with insurance providers to recover payments made to their insureds in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. In addition to my expertise in workers' compensation, I offer valuable guidance on employment issues. This includes advising companies on best practices to mitigate litigation risks and navigating the intersection of employment law and workers' compensation. My approach goes beyond litigation; I focus on reducing claim frequency and managing exposure risks, working closely with clients to achieve optimal outcomes both in and out of the courtroom.
