Jennifer Brady

Ms. Brady leads the firm's Labor and Employment and Healthcare practices. She regularly advises long-term care providers, physician practices and other health care providers on a variety of issues, including licensing and certification, new healthcare facility development, medical privacy and confidentiality, and litigation matters. Jennifer also counsels employers on labor and employment issues, including unionization and collective bargaining, employee supervision, discipline and discharge, sexual harassment, and employment discrimination.Jennifer is a frequent lecturer on such topics as employment practices, long term care litigation and regulation, compliance under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA") and other medical and personal information privacy laws, and medical practice management issues. Recent speaking engagements addressed effective performance evaluations, the intersection of the ADA, FMLA, Delaware paid family leave law, and workers compensation, and union training for supervisors.
