Jeffrey Yoss

For nearly 28 years, Jeff has successfully represented clients in litigation cases throughout Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Los Angeles County, Orange County, and beyond. He has extensive trial knowledge, and is admitted to the California Bar, Oregon Bar and the District of Columbia Bar. Jeff is a life-long learner and has achieved multiple international degrees and certificates, giving him a unique combination of skills and life experience. Born in Cape Town, South Africa, Jeff earned a number of degrees from the University of Cape Town, including a Graduate Degree in Economics, a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, and a Bachelor of Science in Math and Computer Science. He earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles and achieved an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, Scotland. Jeff is certified as an attorney and counselor in the U.S. Court of Appeals 9th Circuit, as well as admitted and qualified as a member of the Bar of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, which is the equivalent of a state supreme court. He is also a member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, a professional organization made up of nearly 3,000 attorneys who represent plaintiffs seeking accountability from those who do wrong. Keeping abreast of legal issues and continuing education are very important to Jeff, and he completed the Trial Advocacy Program from the International Association of Defense Counsel in Boulder, Colorado. He has been a member of the American Inns of Court, a professional group designed to help improve the skills, professionalism and ethics of the bench and bar. His passion for learning includes sharing knowledge and Jeff has been an instructor at Phoenix University, where he taught law for undergraduate and MBA programs.
