Jeffrey Sadri

I graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law in May of 2012 and am a Partner with Ellison Sadri. I handle a multitude of employment law matters on behalf of employees, including, but not limited to, discrimination, wrongful discharge, sexual harassment and hostile work environment, retaliation, federal EEO claims, and the negotiation of severance agreements and employment contracts. I also represent small businesses in matters involving federal and state employment laws, such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Maryland Healthy Working Families Act, and the Maryland Code’s State Government Article. I draft contracts which contain clauses associated with non-competition, non-solicitation, and non-disclosure of confidential information, handle legal disputes which businesses face in court and with the Maryland Department of Labor, and perform other tasks on behalf of businesses.
