I have spent my entire legal career helping clients solve workers' compensation issues in North Carolina. I regularly assist insurance companies and self-insured employers by evaluating claims and assessing the client's potential exposure. Whenever possible, I settle claims quickly and efficiently. When necessary, I defend clients in court and before the North Carolina Industrial Commission, the North Carolina Court of Appeals, and the North Carolina Supreme Court.
