SIDEMAN & BANCROFT: I represent corporate clients in connection with their brand protection, anti-counterfeiting and anti-fraud enforcement efforts. I manage internal and external investigations, pursuing civil remedies and referring individuals and entities to law enforcement agents and prosecutors for prosecution. I focus on illegal behavior involving counterfeit trafficking, major frauds (including sales and diversion fraud and warranty fraud), employee frauds and thefts, and computer intrusions. My work has resulted in significant prison terms and large civil judgments or restitution orders. TRUE PEDIGREE: Sideman & Bancroft and its equity partners formed True Pedigree, a Brand Protection Technology company that has developed disruptive technology solutions to address counterfeit trafficking, gray marketing, and channel compliance. I am a co-founder and the Chief Operating Officer of True Pedigree, bringing my twenty years of Brand Protection expertise to the development of the technology, and to advise companies about the enforcement options available from the real-time actionable intelligence that is generated.
