About Jeffrey Frost
After spending 20+ years as in-house counsel to an integrated health network in Northern California, I made the jump to private practice in Austin, Texas. I knew that joining the healthcare group at Jackson Walker would enable me to continue serving organizations that provide high-quality care. My law practice focuses on helping healthcare clients navigate legal and regulatory matters, hospital operations, and medical staff issues. I also partner with clients on complex commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, employment issues, physician litigation, and access to electronic health records.
