As a General Counsel, I lead the Legal, Risk, and Compliance team at Zoeller Company, an international privately held and majority family-owned company. I leverage my dual credentials of a PhD in Electrical Engineering and a J.D. to navigate complex cross-border legal issues in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on corporate law, governance, mergers and acquisitions, employment law, and intellectual property portfolio management. My background also provides a strong foundational understanding of the opportunities and risks inherent in technology including AI, the Internet of Things (IoT), big data analytics, cybersecurity, and Industry 4.0. My mission is to align legal strategies with business objectives, mitigate risks, and capitalize on opportunities to drive organizational growth. I have successfully handled international dispute resolution, ensured compliance with best practices, managed multiple acquisitions and led risk management for the company.
