About Jeff Dickerson
After graduating from Mercer University School of Law, Jeff began his legal career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Houston Judicial Circuit. During his tenure as an Assistant District Attorney, Jeff was responsible for prosecuting all types of crimes, ranging from shoplifting to homicide. In May 2002, Jeff was appointed to Houston County’s “Narcotics and Organized Crime” litigation team, where he gained valuable experience handling drug crimes ranging from simple possession to trafficking. Jeff founded The Dickerson Firm in 2010, and he currently limits his practice exclusively to the defense of DUI and drug possession cases. Jeff has successfully obtained not-guilty verdicts in DUI-Per Se, DUI Less-Safe, and in various VGCSA cases throughout North Georgia. Jeff is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Cobb County Bar Association, and the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. Jeff is admitted to practice in all Georgia State and Superior Courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Supreme Court
