Jeanne Jorgensen

I am an AV-rated attorney with over 25 years of experience litigating complex legal issues in both state and federal courts, including bankruptcy courts. Having spent much of my legal career litigating commercial real estate disputes, my knowledge of real estate and contract law is extensive. I have been a mediator since 2005 and have well over a hundred hours of mediation-specific training. I have mediated cases involving a broad range of subject matters, including contracts, real property, bankruptcy, employment, personal injury, and insurance. I am on the court mediation panels for Los Angeles County Superior Court and the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts for the Central District of California. I also serve as a mandatory settlement conference officer for Orange County Superior Court. Although my mediation experience is broad, my primary focus is real estate matters. I have served on the California Association of Realtors mediation panel since 2018 and have mediated a wide variety of real estate matters, including cases involving adverse possession, boundary disputes, easement disputes, trespass and nuisance claims, HOA and CC&R disputes, condemnation issues, partition issues, construction defect claims, foreclosure disputes, lender liability issues, neighbor disputes, insurance issues, premises liability claims, landlord-tenant disputes, purchase and sale disputes, and broker liability claims.
