I am a trial attorney who is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. For the past thirty five years, my practice has focused largely on representing individuals, and their families, who are victims of medical negligence. I also handle many other types of injury cases, including defective products, workplace injuries, wrongful death, and professional negligence. Jay Winckler and I have been partners together since 1991. It is our goal to fight for our clients, no matter the odds, to gain maximum compensation for their injuries.
