As an employment law attorney licensed in New Mexico, Montana, Colorado, and Florida, I partner with employers to navigate the often-complex landscape of workplace law. My practice is rooted in a proactive, solutions-oriented approach—helping clients address employee-related challenges before they escalate, and defending them vigorously when disputes arise.I represent local, regional, and national employers in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour claims—both at the agency level and in litigation. My experience ranges from individual lawsuits to complex class and collective actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act and similar state laws. I also have deep experience advising on Montana-specific employment issues, including the Wrongful Discharge from Employment Act and related issues.In addition to litigation, I provide strategic counsel on compliance, internal investigations, policy development, and employee training.
