Jason Vail

Jason E. Vail is a shareholder with Allen, Norton, & Blue, P.A., Florida’s largest labor and employment law firm exclusively representing management. Mr. Vail has counseled employers on employment compliance issues and litigated, investigated, and resolved cases under various federal and state employment and labor laws, including, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, including discrimination claims based on race, religion, gender, national origin and pregnancy. He has also represented employers in cases brought under the Age Discrimination and Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Florida Civil Rights Act, Chapter 760 F.S., the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), the Florida Workers’ Compensation Law, the Florida Reemployment Assistance Program Law, and various state and federal constitutional claims including First Amendment challenges. He has also drafted and enforced executive contracts and non-compete agreements. Mr. Vail has represented public and private clients in traditional labor matters including collective bargaining, labor arbitration and unfair labor practice cases before the Public Employees Relations Commission (PERC) and the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). He has been admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida, the Eleventh Circuit of Appeals, and all Florida state courts.
