I represent companies, government entities and entrepreneurs in technology disputes, construction litigation, antitrust matters and other complex commercial disputes. My practice includes technology litigation arising from failed or troubled implementations of Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) software systems such as SAP ECC and S/4HANA, Oracle, NetSuite, WorkDay and Microsoft Dynamics. Recent victories include a $20 million settlement in antitrust litigation against World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). Also won a first-of-its kind professional negligence and fraud jury verdict against an ERP implementation firm after a monthlong jury trial ($25 million verdict), and a $31 million recovery for the State of Hawaii in an ERP litigation involving Oracle software that required pursuit in state court, bankruptcy court and arbitration. Recent representations include Fortune 500 companies in technology disputes, the State of Hawaii in technology and non-technology matters, and smaller companies and individuals in technology and contract disputes. I specialize in targeted, efficient and aggressive representation.
