Jason Solotaroff

For over 20 years I have represented employees in disputes including discrimination, whistleblower and wage and hour lawsuits and arbitrations and negotiate employment and severance agreements. My clients include other lawyers, physicians, investment bankers and other finance professionals. I also represent low-wage workers in discrimination and wage and hour matters. Outside of the employment context, I represent individuals and businesses in commercial disputes, often on a contingency basis. I am a graduate of The Johns Hopkins University and Columbia Law School where I was an editor of the Columbia Law Review. After clerking for a federal district judge in New York I was a state and federal public defender for approximately six years before going into private practice.
