About Jason Rabinovich
Jason Rabinovich is a business attorney and real estate broker. In his law practice, Mr. Rabinovich focuses on real estate transactions and litigation and general business matters. Mr. Rabinovich has extensive experience in contract disputes, civil litigation and complex commercial litigation. Mr. Rabinovich regularly serves as outside counsel to various companies, including both start ups and national companies. Mr. Rabinovich is regularly asked to present on various real estate and legal matters including at CLE (continuing legal education) seminars. He has also regularly presents at various real estate panels and serves as an expert witness in various real estate matters. Mr. Rabinovich is admitted to practice law in Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York as well as the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, Federal and Bankruptcy Courts in Eastern and Western Districts of PA, District of New Jersey, and Southern District of Florida. Mr. Rabinovich is also a licensed associate real estate broker in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and manages a team of 10+ licensed real estate agents. From 2020-25, Mr. Rabinovich's team was recognized by The Wall Street Journal as one of the top producing teams in Pennsylvania. He was also recognized by Philadelphia Magazine as one of Philadelphia's “Top Real Estate Producers”, and by Philly Style Mag as a real estate "Power Player". During his time with Berkshire Hathaway, Mr. Rabinovich and his team won the prestigious Chairman’s Circle Platinum and Diamond Awards for being in the top 0.5% of the Berkshire network for sales nationwide. Mr. Rabinovich is a member of The Union League of Philadelphia.
