I am an experienced criminal defense attorney who has defended clients at all levels of local, state, and federal courts. I have a perfect 10.0 rating by AVVO and have achieved the AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell. I began my criminal defense practice in 2002 as a Deputy Public Defender in the nation's fourth most populous county, where I concentrated on felony and misdemeanor cases at the trial level, including DUI, extreme DUI, felony Aggravated DUI, and vehicular homicide offenses. In 2005, I joined the prestigious boutique criminal law firm Kimerer & Derrick, where my practice concentrated on defending misdemeanor and felony DUI cases in court and before administrative agencies.
