Jason Henbest

Jason is the founding member of the Henbest Law Group in Barnegat, New Jersey. He is an enthusiastic and compassionate attorney who is dedicated to serving his clients. He focuses his attention on providing knowledgeable, insightful, and comprehensive advice to help clients through some of the toughest decisions and life challenges they will face. Jason, who was born and raised in Toms River, New Jersey, formed the Henbest Law Group after returning to Ocean County with his wife and young son. Jason graduated from the Florida State University College of Law with honors in May 2005. While still in Florida, Jason worked as an in-house government attorney in Bradenton, Florida, a community on Florida’s Gulf Coast just south of Tampa Bay, and then as a private attorney with the small, prestigious firm of Grimes Goebel Grimes Hawkins Gladfelter & Galvano, P.L. Jason’s experience ranges from multi-million dollar commercial and real estate transactions to complex contract litigation and estate planning. Along the way, he has helped clients in a great many areas, including employment disputes, personal injuries, probate, guardianship, and trust administration practice areas. Education: Florida State University College of Law, J.D., 2005, Cum Laude, Certificates in Land Use Law and Environmental and Natural Resources Law University of Maryland Baltimore County, B.A., History and Political Science, Cum Laude Admitted to practice before all Courts of the States of Florida and New Jersey.
