About Jason Hart
Jason graduated from the University of the District of Columbia, cum laude, in 2008. He also worked for a short period before law school with the South Korean Embassy in Washington, D.C. He was a legal writing and criminal law teaching assistant during law school. He clerked with the Department for Public Advocacy (DPA) Appellate Branch during the summer of 2007 and worked in the DPA Cynthiana Trial Office for approximately three years before returning to the DPA Appellate Branch, and then working the Capital Trials East in Lexington. He has represented clients in district court, circuit court, family court, the Kentucky Court of Appeals, and the Kentucky Supreme Court. He lives in Frankfort, Kentucky with his lovely wife and daughter.
