About Jason Finkelstein
What I enjoy most about my role as an attorney is the opportunity to help others succeed, while specifically helping people grow their businesses. That often involves problem-solving and generating creative ideas and solutions; other times it means getting a client through a downturn with an eye towards emerging stronger on the other side. I do my best to ensure my clients prepare for tomorrow’s uncertainties by providing proactive counseling to address issues such as employment matters and contract negotiations. I enjoy working side by side as an advocate for my clients and it is extraordinarily rewarding when I can add value in any way that makes an impact. Over the course of my career, I have worked on a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters in the commercial/retail real estate and construction sectors, shareholder and partnership disputes, and employment actions, including matters involving wage and hour, discrimination, non-compete and trade secret issues. In each situation, I am focused on reaching an outcome that best advances my clients’ goals.
