I've learned that thoughtfulness, respect, and understanding are essential in the resolution of any conflict, and have strived to impart these concepts in my 20+ years of practicing law when resolving conflicts for my clients. Zealous advocacy and successful representation do not require "victory" at all costs. I am passionate about resolving real-world conflicts in a manner that seeks to preserve personal and professional relationships to the extent possible, but also protects the essential dignity of all involved when the relationships are beyond repair. My passion for law was inspired by my grandfather, who was also an attorney. He believed that one's word was one's bond, and that a person's conduct in the practice of his or her profession should always be beyond reproach. He always acted as a representative of both the profession and the community as a whole. To this day, I keep his law license on my wall so I can always be reminded of the legacy he passed on to me. My subordinates, colleagues, and executive managers have always viewed me as a hard worker, a valuable mentor, and a thoughtful person, and view my work as being of the highest quality and reflective of my skills. I frequently solve problems that cause my clients great fear and anxiety, where their personal and financial well-being are often at risk. I pride myself on performing my work efficiently and in a manner designed to give as much value as possible.
