Jason Azzarone

My practice is concentrated in appellate law and I have handled appeals in every Florida District Court of Appeal and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. As part of my appellate practice, I provide litigation and trial support for the firm’s clients at the trial court level by preparing and arguing motions for summary judgment, motions in opposition to punitive damages, Daubert motions, motions in limine, post-trial motions and by attending trial. I also represent clients in the areas of professional malpractice, automobile liability, premises liability, construction liability, defending bad faith actions against insurance companies and general liability claims. I have also been involved in representing clients in administrative actions initiated with the Agency for Health Care Administration, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation and the Department of Health. I am admitted to practice in the State of Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida and the Eleventh Circuity Court of Appeals.
