About Jared Flynn
First and foremost, I am a board certified litigator. I have been been the lead trial attorney in 38 jury trials and one arbitration throughout southeast Texas. I represent businesses, large and small, individuals, insureds, and insurers, in cases involving claims of loss of business income, personal injury, breach of contract and/or warranty, commercial disputes of any kind, product liability, premises liability, general negligence, and construction defect. I also serve as outside general counsel to several companies where I assist in that particular company's everyday legal needs including negotiating contracts, drafting and reviewing agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, handling litigation and resolving employment controversies. My experience, in and out of the courtroom, enables me to investigate and evaluate conflicts of all nature and ensures my clients have an experienced litigator who is ready, willing, and prepared to take a case to a jury verdict if a favorable resolution cannot be obtained beforehand. I work closely with each client to understand their business or dispute and their objectives in order to implement a successful and cost-effective litigation outcome.
