My practice is devoted exclusively to the representation of employers in the area of employment law. I am passionate about partnering with my clients to help them navigate through employment-related challenges and avoid the pain of litigation. I consult with employers of all sizes to help them comply with the myriad of State and Federal laws that affect the workplace, including the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Title VII, and the Ohio Civil Right Act. I frequently conduct on-site trainings and seminars to assist my clients in avoiding employment-law pitfalls. I have over 20 years' experience litigating employment law cases in State and Federal courts and representing employers before State and Federal enforcement agencies. I have tried cases and presented appeals in State and Federal courts throughout Ohio.
