Jamie Katzman

I currently serve as Senior Director & Associate General Counsel (Labor & Employment & General Litigation) for Raytheon Missiles & Defense (RMD) business unit. RMD has approximately $16 Billion in annual revenue and over 30,000 employees spread across the United States and 28 different countries across the globe. I started this role immediately following Raytheon Company's and United Technologies Corporation's April 3, 2020 merger. This merger led to the creation of Raytheon Technologies Corporation, the world's second largest aerospace & defense company with approximately 195,000 employees and $74 Billion in annual revenue, where RMD is one of 4 business units. Previous to this role, and just prior to the merger, I served as Lead Labor & Employment Counsel for Raytheon's Integrated Defense Systems' business unit. I started with Raytheon in 2009 and have had several rotational opportunities throughout my employment. Prior to joining Raytheon, I was an employment litigator, counseling and representing corporate clients and their management in the prevention, litigation and resolution of employment and labor disputes involving a wide range of labor and employment issues. I litigated labor and employment matters, on behalf of these same corporate clients, in federal and state courts, before arbitrators and mediators and before numerous administrative agencies.
