Jami McKeon

Jami McKeon is Chair of Morgan Lewis, leading more than 4,000 lawyers, specialists, and professional staff across four continents. She oversees the firm's strategic direction, growth, innovation, and client service, guiding one of the world's leading global law firms through a rapidly evolving legal and business landscape. As the first woman to serve as Chair in the firm's 150+ year history, Jami has led Morgan Lewis through a period of transformational growth since assuming the role in 2014. Her leadership has included the firm's landmark combination with Bingham McCutchen and significant expansion across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, strengthening Morgan Lewis's ability to serve clients wherever business takes them. A strong advocate for innovation, Jami established Morgan Lewis's cross-functional AI and Knowledge Management team, advancing the firm's development of proprietary technology solutions and responsible adoption of generative AI. Her focus on innovation and operational excellence has helped position the firm at the forefront of change in the legal industry while maintaining an unwavering commitment to client service. Jami has also championed initiatives that strengthen firm culture, engagement, and opportunity. She founded ML Women, launched Mobilizing for Equality, and helped develop the firm's Engagement Model, which integrates well-being, pro bono service, community engagement, and sustainability into the fabric of the organization. Prior to becoming Chair, Jami built a distinguished litigation practice representing major companies in complex, high-stakes matters.Beyond her leadership at Morgan Lewis, Jami serves on numerous civic, educational, and nonprofit boards and advisory organizations dedicated to advancing leadership, access to justice, business growth, and the legal profession.
