James Walsh

I am the CEO of Eagle Title, LLC, one of the fastest-growing title companies in the mid-Atlantic region providing title services through experienced and trusted settlement agents licensed in Maryland, Virginia, Delaware and the District of Columbia with physical offices across Maryland and Delaware and actively pursuing physical offices throughout the region. My focus is on growth through addition of title professionals that match Eagle Title's culture and passion for exceptional service level across our residential, commercial and builder divisions.I am also a founding partner and the Managing Partner of Liff, Walsh & Simmons. I am a member of the firm’s Real Estate, Business and Finance practice groups. I represent clients in all aspects of business, finance, and real estate matters, including contract negotiations, financing, construction, leasing, and entity structuring and organization. My clients include businesses, investors, landowners, real estate developers, brokers, buyers, and sellers as well as community, regional and national banks. I negotiate and draft documents for real estate acquisition, construction, permanent, commercial, and asset-based loans on behalf of both lenders and borrowers. I also counsel businesses on mergers and acquisitions, employment, contractual, business disputes, commercial litigation, and general business matters. I have been recognized by my peers as a 2014 – 2023 Super Lawyers “Rising Star” and 2025-2026 Super Lawyer.
