Summary: I have been representing small business clients with business transactions and litigation since 1974. My practice has included lease negotiations, sales, acquisition and leasing of commercial real estate projects, small business formation, loan workouts, foreclosure, business contracts, and business litigation. Additionally, I represent individuals and companies with respect to employment discrimination and sexual harassment. I am a member of the American, Ohio and Columbus Bar Associations and The Florida Bar. I have served on the Board of Opera Columbus, The State of Israel Bonds, Columbus Torah Academy and have served as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Ohio. Assistant Attorney General (1973 - 74) State of Ohio Assigned as one of five house counsel the Department of Natural Resources real estate division. Acquired scenic easements over Ohio farm land, and served as Lake Lands Commissioner reviewing leases to State of Ohio land.
