With a diverse background as an assistant county prosecutor, felony criminal defense attorney, civil defense attorney, and plaintiff’s advocate, I bring a well-rounded perspective to the courtroom and litigation process. As Managing Partner at Elk + Elk, my practice focuses on medical negligence, wrongful death, product liability, pharmaceutical liability, and trucking accidents. I’ve handled cases in over 30 Ohio counties, appeared before appellate courts and the Ohio Supreme Court, and led high-profile litigation, including the University Hospitals fertility clinic case.
