About James Bostwick

For more than 50 years, I’ve dedicated my career to representing people whose lives have been forever changed by medical negligence and catastrophic injury. As Founder of Bostwick & Associates, I’ve built a national practice focused on complex medical malpractice, birth injury, and serious personal injury cases, helping clients and families seek justice when it matters most. Over the decades, my team and I have achieved record-setting verdicts and settlements across multiple states, including the largest medical malpractice jury verdict in U.S. history and several California state records for malpractice recoveries.
