I enjoy helping people find amicable solutions to problems and defend/exercise their legal rights. I've helped clients with complex and critical issues get to a resolution as painlessly as possible - including a major retailer who was able to settle an insurance claim over hazardous materials even after the at-fault party had filed for bankruptcy; drafted and argued the successful opposition to a pivotal motion for summary judgment in a federal life insurance matter which was later upheld on appeal; investigated and successfully settled complex product liability claims arising from a fire that consumed a new car-hauler rig and a hydraulic lift assembly; managed the successful mediation of corporate contract disputes and reviewed/revised subsequent contracts; investigated and litigated major section 1983 civil rights claims vindicating victims and providing several million dollars in settlements/judgments. More recently I've expanded my experience with marketing and business development projects. I've designed several niche-law websites, written content on their blogs, launched podcasts and press-conferences, managed Adword investment campaigns, and instituted a referral source code tracking process to improve the firm's ability to plan business development efforts. As a firm media liason I handled press releases and publicity events for high-profile cases (including the internationally covered claim of Nurse Alex Wubbels in 2017). I've also taken over the creation of firm marketing materials and promotional items.
