Here's the normal sort of work bio you're used to seeing here: I help corporations with all matters of employment-based immigration cases, including Labor Certification (PERM), H-1B, L-1A, L-1B, L-1 Blanket, E-1/E-2, TN, B-1, J-1 and I-140 (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3). I counsel businesses, educational institutions and individuals in business and family-based immigration issues with various government agencies including the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of Labor (DOL), and the Department of State (DOS). A typical day involves counseling clients on PERM's, online efiling, compliance issues, and consular processing and filing Adjustment of Status applications, including Advance Parole and Employment Authorization. Specialties: Business employment immigration, PERM Labor Certifications, H-1B (including AC21), L-1A, L-1B, E-1, E-2, TN visas, F-1, J-1, I-140 Immigrant Petitions, Consular Processing, I-9 compliance, and E-Verify.
