With offices in both San Diego and Phoenix, we handle a variety of matters, including: bankruptcy, foreclosure, tax resolution, loan modification, mediation, and conflict resolution. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication and Minor in Business from Arizona State University in 1995. She was trained in mediation by the Attorney General's Office. She is admitted to practice law in the Arizona Supreme Court, the Arizona Federal District Court. the California Supreme Court, and the Southern and Central Divisions of the California Federal District Court. She is a member of the State Bar of Arizona, Arizona Consumer Bankruptcy Counsel, California Bar Association, Barrister’s Club, and Financial Women International. She is also a founding Director and the Treasurer of the Michael T. Flynn Foundation, which supports couples tackling cancer. Her background includes a 12-year career in banking, working with such companies as Citibank, Bank of America, U.S. Bank, and The Arizona Credit Union League. She has also worked for the Office of the Attorney General and various law firms in San Diego. She is an entrepreneur at heart. She has owned four companies and has acted as a consultant for other businesses. She is also an inactive California Real Estate Broker.
