The employment realm presents a unique universe of legal challenges and opportunities. Since I began my career, I have been representing employees across all aspects of this area, from drafting employment agreements to formal litigation of disputes. I also counsel current employees on other job-related matters, like understanding the enforceability of a non-compete, or determining whether overtime compensation was not paid when it should have been, or how to properly “blow the whistle” on potentially illegal or discriminatory workplace behavior. Because I have successfully guided clients through all manner of employment-related issues, I am well-positioned to counsel them regarding the most efficient, sensible route to reach their goals, whatever they may be.I provide clients with counsel and direction based on my extensive trial and litigation experience. That advice is always tailored to meet the client’s goal, with an eye towards both success and efficiency. Because I have focused on employment law within the midsized firm environment, I also have extensive experience managing employment disputes from the employer's vantage point. I thus am uniquely positioned to evaluate employment legal issues from both employer and employee perspectives.All my clients feel a deep association with their work, and each client has their own set of interests and challenges. Because each client’s case is different, I don’t use cookie-cutter or one-size-fits-all approaches. If a person feels that an employment situation is serious enough for a lawyer to be involved, then that lawyer should take that situation seriously too, and develop a specific solution to address the client’s specific question or issue.
