Jack Genser

Jack H. Genser is a seasoned litigator in the areas of personal injury, negligence, wrongful death and construction accidents. Over his 25 plus years as a trial attorney, Mr. Genser has secured millions of dollars in settlements, jury verdicts, mediations and arbitration awards on behalf of his clients. The key to Mr. Genser’s success is not just his aggressive advocacy but his compassion for his clients. Mr. Genser is an experienced litigator who has successfully conducted jury and bench trials in Nassau and Suffolk Counties as well as all counties of the City of New York.
