Profile I am an ambitious Senior Trial Attorney with extensive litigation and trial experience. I have successfully defended, litigated and settled a large volume of lawsuits on behalf of Allstate, Encompass and Esurance Insurance Companies. My vast litigation experience includes defending bodily injury, property damage, premises liability and uninsured motorist claims/lawsuits. My success is attributable to my adept organizational and extraordinary time management skills; both necessary to manage a large volume of cases. I have managed over 160 lawsuits in active litigation at one time, ranging from nominal loss exposure to catastrophic injuries for million dollar policy holders. I have the exceptional ability to fully manage a large caseload and have tried over 300 civil cases, every one of them solo, while maintaining a very high win ratio. I have become particularly skilled at understanding the strengths and weaknesses of both my client’s position, as well as, that of opposing parties. I also have a keen understanding of what theories, strategies and evidentiary testimony are ineffective before a jury.
