J. Brett Davis

A trusted business partner, licensed attorney, and transformation specialist, I’m seeking to provide executive insight and leadership for executive consulting, board, and advisory positions.   I face challenges head-on to swiftly transform and accelerate growth, launch startups, rebuild stagnant business divisions, guide mergers & acquisitions, and transform organizations to deliver improved revenue and margins.  For most of my career, I led top line revenue growth at one of the largest equipment manufacturers in the world, achieving  success in the  global  Agriculture, Construction, Commercial Vehicle and Financial Services markets.  I leveraged my  financial, legal, sales & marketing, distribution, manufacturing and organization development and design experience and expertise to sustain and expand the organization.   I recently retired after 25 exciting and successful years of leadership, and  I am excited to start a new chapter in my career.  I’m also seeking board positions and offer extensive experience serving as  Director for the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association, Growth Energy, Association of Equipment Manufacturers, National Hemp Association and other charitable organizations.  On a personal level, I am currently living in South Florida, and I enjoy spending time with my wife Lisa, daughter Gabriela who is currently a student at Penn State and our Golden Doodle (Ziggy).
