About Ivie Serioux
As a Partner at Littler, the largest global employment and labor law practice, I advise and represent employers in complex, high-stakes employment matters, including litigation, workplace investigations, and emerging regulatory challenges. My practice is increasingly focused on the intersection of employment law, artificial intelligence, and workplace risk. I counsel CEOs, senior executives, and HR leaders on navigating evolving legal and operational issues related to AI, including data privacy, bias, governance, and compliance. My approach is practical and business-aligned, helping organizations implement innovation in a way that is both effective and legally sound.I am a frequent speaker on the future of work, AI governance, and workplace equity, and regularly present at conferences, industry forums, and executive briefings. A core principle that guides my work is:Innovation should not outpace equity.I focus on helping organizations translate that principle into action by aligning technology adoption with accountability, workforce readiness, and trust. In addition to my advisory work, I represent clients in high-stakes litigation and arbitration, including successfully arguing before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Clients value my ability to think beyond conventional approaches and develop practical, creative strategies to resolve complex legal and business challenges.I also conduct internal investigations and deliver training across industries, addressing discrimination, harassment, and broader workplace culture issues. I partner with organizations to proactively identify risk and build environments that are compliant, resilient, and high performing.I serve as Co-Chair of the New York City Bar Association’s Presidential Task Force Subcommittee on Artificial Intelligence in Labor and Employment and am actively involved in mentoring the next generation of attorneys through the National Bar Association Women Lawyers Division.I earned my J.D. from Emory University School of Law and my B.A. from The George Washington University.
