Isaiah Blady

I am an owner and founding partner of Blady Workforce Law Group, a Los Angeles law firm. At BWLG, I head the Labor and Employment and Class Action practice which represents employees' employment class members throughout California and the Greater Los Angeles area. I am a 1994 graduate of Loyola Law School and since 1994, I have focused my practice primarily on employment litigation, including wage and hour litigation as well as business litigation.Over the course of my career, I have successfully handled claims for wrongful or unlawful termination, discrimination (age, disability, gender, race, sex, sexual orientation), harassment, failure to pay wages, employee misclassification, retaliation, and whistle-blowing. I have successfully represented clients in individual employee, collective action, representative and class action litigation, arbitration and mediation. I have spoken extensively on civil litigation, wage and hour law and wrongful termination. I have also litigated cases in both the State, Federal and Appellate Courts.After years of practice as a litigation attorney, I added mediation to my practice in 2003. Since then, I have mediated numerous civil and employment litigation matters to successful resolution.I pride myself on providing my clients with personalized and thoughtful legal representation.
