Serviam means “I will serve” in Latin. My elementary school’s motto became my life motto. I have always been drawn to situations where there isn't a clear roadmap, where teams need alignment, where communication has broken down, or where leaders are trying to figure out what comes next. Whether it is walking a first-time litigant through what seems like a daunting legal process, finding new ways to make material “stick” for repeat Bar exam takers, building a function from scratch, or getting teams navigating integration from "the way we've always done it" to a shared way of working (also known as “breaking down silos” in corporate jargon), I help leaders and organizations solve problems, bring people together, build structure where none exists, and turn strategy into action. Although titles and job descriptions have changed through my career, there’s a common thread: I am a partner, a catalyst, a confidant… and I just get 💩 done. I am always interested in connecting with leaders, operators, and builders who are passionate about organizational growth, leadership, and creating environments where people can do their best work. How may I serve you?
