Ilona Antonyan

I am a Founding Partner of Antonyan Miranda, LLP, a California law firm representing executives, entrepreneurs, professionals, public figures, and their spouses in complex and high-profile family law matters. Many of the matters I personally handle involve significant assets, closely held businesses, complex compensation structures, and reputational considerations. I speak Russian and Spanish fluently, allowing me to work directly with clients from diverse backgrounds and international communities. I became one of the youngest Certified Family Law Specialists in California early in my career. My academic path was similarly accelerated. I completed my undergraduate studies with a double major and double minor in 2.5 years, followed by law school in just two years, and opened my practice straight out of law school. Early in my career, I gained significant courtroom experience handling numerous jury and bench trials in civil court, which shaped my litigation strategy and trial advocacy. My background in finance and real estate provides additional perspective in high-asset matters. I hold a California real estate broker license and previously held Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses, which informs my approach to cases involving investments, business valuation, and complex property division. I frequently collaborate with wealth advisors, accountants, business attorneys, and estate planning professionals to help clients navigate the financial and legal complexities that arise during high-net-worth family law disputes. I also volunteer as a Judge Pro Tem in the San Diego Superior Court, supporting the administration of justice within our community. I present at Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs and appear as a legal expert on Russian television, providing commentary on family law issues and other legal matters.I am also a co-host of the Glamorous Grind podcast, where we discuss law, business, relationships, and the realities of modern professional life. In addition to complex family law litigation, our firm represents individuals in personal injury, employment law, and sexual harassment matters, on a contingency basis, allowing clients to pursue remedies without upfront legal fees. Our firm serves clients throughout California and includes a diverse team of attorneys and staff who speak multiple languages.
