Ilene Jaroslaw is a nationally recognized white collar defense lawyer with experience practicing in courts throughout the United States. She has over 30 years of expertise in internal and government investigations, white collar criminal law, federal commercial litigation, asset forfeiture, and constitutional law. Ilene is ranked in Chambers USA as one of New York’s top lawyers in the white collar and government investigations practice. Previously, Ilene was an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York where she investigated and prosecuted complex criminal cases. Ilene has years of experience defending individuals and companies in sensitive and intricate matters.
