I have experience with premarital agreements, marital settlement agreements, divorce (dissolution), legal separation, annulment (nullity), paternity (parentage); government child support; child custody, visitation, support, name change petitions, powers of attorney, spousal property petitions, conservatorships, legal guardianships, grandparent visitation and step-parent adoptions. I provide non-litigation services with a focus on mediation and conflict dispute resolution. After being a licensed lawyer for 20 years, I am shifting my focus on education. I have started my credential work and hope to teach soon. I started my credential coursework with the Los Angeles County Office of Education and the University of San Diego.
