Ian Lindars

Ian Lindars, a Partner with Stenger Diamond & Glass LLP, represents individuals, businesses, and governmental bodies in personal injury and property damage claims resulting from motor vehicle, premises, and workplace accidents; defends subrogation claims to recover property damage resulting from fire, floods, and other accidents; represents both residential and commercial clients in real estate transactions and landlord-tenant disputes; and defends clients in various criminal matters. He has conducted all phases of litigation, including trial, and has argued before the appellate divisions in New York State. Ian worked under the Honorable Thomas D. Nolan in the New York State Supreme Court, researching and drafting memoranda providing recommended outcomes on motions to dismiss. He also assisted in issues concerning tax assessments, bankruptcy, and insurance liability. Ian was a Dean’s List student at Albany Law School, where he received his J.D. He was editor-in-chief of the school’s Albany Law Environmental Outlook Journal and participated in the Gabrielli Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Competition.
