Humberto Rivera

As a partner at Rivera Law Firm, P.A., I provide the best legal representation for clients with personal injury and bankruptcy matters in Florida and Puerto Rico. I have over 14 years of experience as a litigating attorney, specializing in consumer bankruptcy, legal writing, commercial litigation, and maritime law. I have successfully handled hundreds of cases and helped clients achieve favorable outcomes in complex and challenging situations. I obtained my JD from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico and my LLM in Ocean and Coastal Law from the University of Miami School of Law. I am a member of the Puerto Rico Bar and the Florida Bar, and I am admitted to practice in the South, District of Florida, Middle District of Florida, and Puerto Rico Federal Court. In addition to my legal practice, I have a passion for international business and trade. I co-founded Worldwide Transactions, Inc., a company that imports children's clothing from Europe, and I served as the COO of Worldwide Services, Corp., a company that helps clients expand their sales into international markets. I have also been involved in several non-profit organizations in the Palm Beach County area, supporting the community and promoting diversity and inclusion.
