Hugo E. Gomez is the Founder and CEO of HispanicMarketing.com, Abogados Now, and Legal Staff Now. An immigrant from Ecuador, he built his career mastering how underserved audiences discover, evaluate, and retain professional services at scale.Before founding Abogados Now, Hugo served as Director of Marketing at Walker Advertising, one of the largest legal lead generators in the United States, where he oversaw high-volume digital acquisition systems driving legal case intake nationwide. Earlier in his career, he led enterprise marketing initiatives that contributed to commercial and consumer finance company exits exceeding nine figures.He founded Abogados Now and built it into a national growth engine serving more than 500 law firms. Based in Los Angeles, California, he leads the company’s work in data-driven Hispanic acquisition strategy, Spanish-language advertising systems, cultural positioning, and scalable intake infrastructure engineered to convert demand into signed cases.Hugo is the author of Hispanic Marketing Success: A Data-Driven Report for Law Firm Growth, a research-based book distributed free to law firms to expand access to actionable Hispanic market intelligence. His insights have been featured in Bloomberg Law.
