About Holly Williams
Holly B. Williams founded Williams Law Firm, P.C., for the representation of companies and individuals in the Permian Basin who need to prevent and resolve workplace conflicts. Ms. Williams is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. She is also licensed in New Mexico. Ms. Williams has advised and represented employers and employees in virtually all aspects of the employment relationship from hiring to termination. She received her B.A. from Rice University, her J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law, and her M.P.Aff. from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at UT. Her areas of practice include counseling and litigation relating to employment contracts, discrimination, civil rights, immigration, administrative law, and employee benefits. Ms. Williams is a fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and a former President of the Midland County Bar Association. She is also a former President of Permian Basin SHRM (formerly the Human Resource Professionals of the Permian Basin), an affiliate of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
