Hillary Buchler

I focus my legal practice on defending hospitals, physicians, and healthcare organizations with general legal issues, as well as in medical malpractice cases. I also handle broader civil litigation, including premises liability for healthcare facilities, and regularly work on complex matters involving mediations, depositions, motions, and discovery. My background includes experience in civil litigation, defense, employment law, and estate planning. I’m also a longtime volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago, a role that keeps me connected to my community and grounded in purpose.
